Today is the 1st day of a 40 day cleanse/meal plan for me and Felix (my husband).
- The first week we will consume fruit, vegetables and water ONLY.
- The second week we will add fish and eggs to that list.
- The third week we will grilled chicken and brown or steamed rice.
- For the duration of the 40 days we will not consume any Alcohol, sodas, bread, cheese, potatoes, pasta, chocolate, milk, beef or coffee – AT ALL!

This is day 2…I am much better today…less hungry and more energy…went to bed early and woke up energized…Yeah Me!
